Universities/Schools

When your school hosts an author visit, L&S offers special discounts and terms on book purchases. Call our order department at (888) 902-2766 with the date of the author's appearance to set up a special account.

Schools will receive net 30 terms. Offer applies only to specific school visits. We require a month's notice to allow for shipping.

We do not require credit references. There is no discount for orders of one to three books. For orders of four or more books we extend a 25% discount. All purchases are non-returnable unless the merchandise is damaged upon receipt. Our terms are NET 30 days. FOB Grawn, MI. Private Universities/Schools

Same as public universities/schools, except we require credit references. You may download a credit application and fax it to (509) 275-9448.

Author Visits

To schedule a visit, please call (888) 902-2766. Books ordered for an author visit directly from L&S by a university/school are eligible for a special discount and NET 30 billing. All purchases are non-returnable unless the merchandise is damaged upon receipt. We ship the least expensive way available unless you specify otherwise.

Book Fairs and Other Events at Universities/Schools

For specific book events, for which an author is not present, we require prepayment and extend a discount of 40%. FOB Grawn, MI. We ship the least expensive way available unless you specify otherwise on the purchase order. All purchases are non-returnable unless the merchandise is damaged upon receipt.

Course Adoptions

Titles selected for course adoption are eligible for our book Trade Retail Discounts. Accredited libraries and schools can receive special terms for L&S books. Please call our Order Department at (888) 902-2766 for details.

We are happy to furnish examination copies for review as textbooks or supplementary reading. Please submit requests on letterhead to:
